Eve Johnstone planted her roots in Portland, Oregon after receiving her BFA in Drama from NYU Tisch School of the Art's Experimental Theatre Wing. As a multidisciplinary theatre artist she has directed, written, produced, and performed in productions on both coasts. Her original work often features puppetry, and other visual theatre devices. She is a co-founder of Rutabaga Story Co.

Fertile Ground, 2020 is just around the corner!
Eve's new play, Itch will premiere as an in-progress staged reading complete with post-show talk-backs for audience members to voice their thoughts, critique, and experiences. Itch follows the separate but parallel stories of three women and their unique experiences with self-harm. Performances: Sunday 2/2 and Saturday 2/8 @ 1pm at the Siren Theater.
